My name is Josh Roark.

I’m a Senior Embedded Escalation Engineer at Microsoft.

I’ve been supporting SharePoint on-premises and SharePoint Online customers since 2007.

I’m passionate about documentation, content, and knowledge sharing. If it took me hours to figure something out, I want the next person to be able to find some content and do it in minutes.
